Yes, for verification to take place the billing address must match the address on file with the credit card company.

There are several reasons a charge may fail to go through: the card may have expired, its credit limit has been reached, or there may be errors in communication between processing computers. If you have trouble, you may contact customer service here. Please be sure to include your order number and any error messages you received.

We charge your credit card only when items you’ve ordered have shipped.

The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “ZeeVee, Inc.”

For now, we’re only accepting orders placed with a credit card.

If your order is shipped to Massachusetts, applicable sales tax is applied to the product price.

If your organization is tax exempt, please FAX us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: 978.467.1404. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number. We will refund the tax charge to your credit card.

Your invoice will be e-mailed to you after your order is placed. You may also view your invoice on-line.
