ZeeVee offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you make (or made) a purchase from any other authorized ZeeVee retailer please consult with them in regards to their refund and return policy.
If you purchased the product through another retailer, please contact them for their returns policy. To obtain a refund on a product purchased through ZeeVee's on-line store, please first contact us and provide the order number and the reason for the return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you will need to include in the package with the product and we'll give you return address and packaging instructions. Once we have received your return we will refund your credit card. Note that it may take one to two billing cycles for you to see the refund on your credit card statement.
It is only possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been sent out for shipment.
Please log in then follow the "Click here to view your order history" link to check your order status.
If your status is not "Shipment pending" or "Completed", please contact us and include your order number. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is sent out for shipment.
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Note that it may take one or more billing cycles to see the refund on your credit card statement.
